Our philosophy is to provide all of our customers with the absolute best quality products and service possible. We are committed to doing whatever is necessary to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Any rental product that does not function properly when it is delivered to your event will be replaced immediately at no additional cost if our 24-Hour Tech Support can not solve the problem. If for any reason a replacement does not arrive in time to be used for the event, the rental cost of the defective unit, as well as the shipping & handling cost, will be refunded.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Score-Clock Rental and we have not been able to satisfy your complaint, simply fax or mail your signed reason for dissatisfaction along with a copy of your Rental Contract. The issue will be addressed immediately and you will receive a complete refund of the rental cost, including the shipping & handling expense, along with our assurance that the problem will be corrected.
